200k sq ft Office Space at Vision Exchange Launched by Sim Lian

Noted developer Sim Lain JV recently launched for lease the 200,000 sq ft office space at Vision Exchange which is efficiently located on the top eight floors. This is a mutual deal built up by Sim Lian Group’s Sim Lian Land and Sim Lian Development. This is their initial project that is mainly focused on commercial spaces.
