$320 million minimum terms for the residential site
After a convinced property developer set a bid of $320 million minimum terms for the residential site on the reserve list at Bedok South Avenue 3 and New Upper Changi Road, it was then put up on sale last January 7 of 2016 as sustained by Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA).
With an anticipated list of 570 residential units and with an area of more or less 2.4ha, public tender will have the 99-year leasehold residential site be brought out for sale.
