I need to buy a house with a good resale value. How do I determine if my house will increase in value within the next five years so that we can upgrade? I can buy a smaller house in a great location or get twice as much house in a good location. Which is a wiser decision?

1- You should make rooms feel much bigger. Focus on the hallway - clear away coats/clutter; the bathroom - hide all your products; and the kitchen - clear the bench surfaces of appliances, jars, tins, etc, and replace any ragged tea towels or smelly bins.
2- A good tip to use good tip is to use busy agents who are members of the National Association of Estate Agents.

3- The whole room should be clean. If you'd rather not re-decorate, it is still essential that the apartment be spotless.
