Singapore Industrial Market Saw Declines Last 2015, while the overall industrial space for multiple-user factory space and single-user factory space declined by 1.7 % to 1.8%.

Rent for overall industrial space on a quarter-on-quarter basis also fell by 1.1% to 1.5% last year, while for business park space, the rent continued unchanged.

Singapore market expert predict uncertain market conditions for industrial sector this 2016, however with upcoming industrial  projects like Proxima @ Gambas, industrial markets will maintain and continued to boost in the long run.
